Beyonce To Hit Palm Beach

Palm Beach real estate agents are in a lather because one of the sexiest women in the US is looking for a holiday home in the area to rent this autumn.
Beyonce Knowles will be flying into town in April minus her high-profile boyfriend, the rapper Jay-Z, and wants to stay in a villa on Sydney's far northern beaches rather than in a hotel suite.
The 25-year-old Grammy Award-winning singer also wants to have a luxury cruiser on stand-by so she can entertain her entourage in style.
And, judging by her form splashed across the cover of a recent issue of Sports Illustrated magazine, she is set to cause one hell of a stir when she hits town. In fact, Beyonce has never looked more bodacious.
The Dreamgirls star (who had her nose put out of joint when former American Idol Jennifer Hudson captured most of the awards for the movie) is coming to Sydney to do a one-off show on April 21.
It will be her second trip here within the space of a few months.
Knowles made an appearance Down Under last year with Jay-Z, but it's unlikely that he will accompany her this time because of promotional commitments for his own album.
The good news is that the mega-talented Chris Brown, who turned the Stateside music world upside down with his debut single, Run, when he was just 16, is expected to support Knowles at her Sydney gig.
